Let me clarify a few things because there is so much misinformation floating around out there.
 
We are not getting shut down. We are not running a scam or whatever else people are saying on social media. You will only be shut off by the 27th IF YOU STILL HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BILL DUE, IE IF YOU HAVENT PAID YOUR BILL, THEN YES, we will take that as you are no longer are wanting service and will be turned off for NONPAYMENT, IF YOU NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, LET US KNOW VIA OUR WEB PORTAL, IF YOU DO NOT GO THROUGH OUR WEB PORTAL THAN WE CANNOT PROMISE A RESPONSE. If you have been shut off, maybe check the three+ months bills that you owe before blowing us up and threatening us.
 
If you have paid your bill, your service will continue on the 30-day cycle just like usual. We are directing everyone through our website because we cannot handle the massive amount of phone calls and 3 hour conversations on the phone trying to explain every single detail to each individual customer. Call centers with hundreds of employees cannot even do this. We are averaging 400-500 requests a day and getting through all of them, yes, even you who say you haven’t heard back in your email, we can see when you receive and open our emails.
 
IF YOU CONTINUOUSLY EMAIL OVER AND OVER BEFORE WE ANSWER, OUR SYSTEM WILL PUSH YOU TO THE BOTTOM AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.
 
WE DO NOT BUY “3rd party sim cards” that is ridiculous and we don’t even have the capability of making a 3rd party sim card work on a network. There are a ton of systems that Carriers use that wouldn’t even allow those to connect, nor do we even know where to get third party sim cards, trust me, I’m smart but not that smart to fake a connection with a carrier.
 
Prices in this industry change, almost daily and is completely out of our control. We will NOT be servicing anymore customers directly after the first of the year. This has nothing to do with anything that has been said, it’s not even close. WE ARE MOVING TO WHOLESALE SUPPORT FOR DEALERS. These dealers have been in business for years and we are supporting them by wholesaling equipment etc.
 
Excessively reporting us, (FCC, AG’s office) which we’ve already been cleared only slows down everything and makes it harder for us to service those who need it. If you’re trying to win the greatest hero of Facebook award, just realize you are only hurting those that need this service. We are trying, none of you are in contract or have any obligation to us and visa versa.
 
Autopay has been turned off in order to protect our customers. Our staff is working everyday, literally, until 3am, literally. If you threaten or harass my staff, I WILL file charges and you WILL be arrested, period, that is a promise.
 
If you are NOT our customer, we cannot help you, sorry (adding this in because this will reach Facebook).
 
We appreciate our customers that support us and we are working hard to ensure this transition is as painless as possible. We are not leaving you high and dry, we are communicating with you all and trying to ensure this happens quickly and as smoothly as possible.
 
The goal is in order to handle the huge influx of customers, we have turned to dealers in their local communities that they already service for help, meaning they were already doing this, prior to us reaching out to them for help, that’s it, no alien falsifying fake sim cards to control baby conspiracy going on.
 
Pushing our business and others like us out the door only accomplishes nothing but making sure these companies never want to provide this much needed service.
